It was Easter Sunday, so The SCOAN Choir began with a song celebrating Christ’s victory over death. And as undeniable manifestation of the power of resurrection, The Arena of Liberty flowed with the anointing of deliverance, healing and blessings.

“We are living in the end times,” Prophet T.B. Joshua began his Easter Sunday message entitled FEAR CHANGES FOCUS, adding, “and there is a manifestation of the spirit of fear all over.” In a highly interactive sermon in which he later asked some worshippers to sum up their understanding to him, the man of God read from Luke 22:39-43, the passage in which Jesus asked for “the cup” to pass over Him even as He asked for God, the Father’s will to be done.

The God of prophet TB Joshua is a wonder working God. If you are outside Nigeria, and you do not have the time or money to Come to Nigeria yourself, Look for some one you trust who can get the morning water or anointed stickers from Senior prophet TB Joshua. But if you do not have the time to come to the church and get it, send an E-mail directly to SCOAN ADMIN ( scoanonlineservices@gmail.com ) specifying what you need. We will send the morning water to you, it’s totally free.

He said, “The good news is that we have a Friend, the Holy Spirit, who can help us to fight this monster called fear”. He cited the case of our Lord Jesus Christ, who received strength from the Holy Spirit while in the Garden of Gethsemane. After illustrating how fear tends to rule our hearts and prevents us from reaching our full potential, the prophet asked worshippers to find out God’s will in their lives in every situation.

Racine spoke on the topic, A LIFE ANEW. Citing the Book of Romans 6:4-8, Racine spoke extensively on the power of Jesus’ resurrection noting that “to be born again, you must first die with Christ and resurrect with Him.” He noted the importance of breaking the link with our past and dwelling on the future, hence the reference to Lot and the man at the pool of Bethesda, among others. Racine therefore urged the congregation: “Each time you want to focus on your future the devil is already there, always there to remind you of your unworthy past in order to provoke your guilt, your fear and to hinder your future. Don’t look back.”

A Nigerian from Edo State, Mr Nosa Ikhimiukor, was all smiles when he came to testify of the Lord’s goodness in his life, accompanied by his parents. In 2005, as he matriculated, he suddenly found himself experiencing epileptic seizures, sometimes having as many as five of them in one day. Exasperated about his condition, the doctors suggested he opt out of school but his father refused the suggestion, urging the doctors to help alleviate his child’s suffering. Mr Ikhimiukor’s seizures always left him depressed and in pains. Shamed by his condition, he kept to himself as he battled the aftermath of nightmares. One day, a friend told him about Emmanuel TV and the young man tuned to the channel. Seeing a case like his on TV, Mr Ikhimiukor resolved to attend The SCOAN. While there, God’s power fell on him as the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for him and he received his instant healing. Several months down the line, Mr Ikhimiuokor is still basking in the total freedom from epilepsy which the Lord had granted him. He has since regained his vibrancy and vitality. He has also begun to witness amazing career breakthrough. Now released to him are the professional certificates which the medical council had withheld from him because of his condition. Also released to him are his certificates in business consultancy and project management. He has also received certificates of recognition from renowned organisations. He advised people to believe in God.

Mr Manuel Okomo, an Equatorial Guinean, had come to The SCOAN because of the problem of infertility. For eight years, his wife had been unable to fall pregnant, so the couple sought God at The SCOAN, with the wife’s brother also tagging along. As God had designed it, the three of them received a touch from Prophet T.B. Joshua, in Jesus’ name and as they returned home, good things began to happen in their lives. First, Mrs Yolanda Okomo conceived in the same month she visited The SCOAN and had a baby girl nine months later. Second, Mr Okomo witnessed incredible career elevation as he was appointed medical Director of his country’s largest teaching hospital. He was also appointed on the board of the largest international bank in West Africa. Third, his in-law, who accompanied them to The SCOAN that fateful day got a university scholarship in Barcelona, Spain and graduated as the best student in his set. Fourth, Mrs Okomo also got a reputable job. Testifying during The SCOAN Sunday Service, the Okomos, clutching their ‘miracle’ child Rebecca, advised people to have faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ.

In 2014, when she came to The SCOAN for prayers, Mrs Elsie Nghikembua, from Namibia, had been battling with career stagnancy. This much was revealed to God’s servant, Prophet T.B. Joshua, who prophesied that the woman had been getting passed over for promotion at her workplace. Though due for a promotion in her organization, Mrs Nghikembua was surprisingly ignored when an opportunity showed up. Although she continued her work diligently, she suffered a high level of opposition in the system. She finally threw in the towel in 2016 when it was evident that she had no career future in the said company. she then applied for a position as Election Commissioner. Before submitting her application, she ministered The New Morning Water which she had received during her visit to The SCOAN on her documents. To the glory of God, she was one of the five selected for the position by the Namibian president. Again, in 2018, she submitted her application for the position of Assistant Director of Operations in the University of Namibia Business School. She again ministered the New Morning Water and she emerged as the successful candidate among close to 400 applicants. Before ending her testimony,  Mrs Nghikembua informed the church that she had first been to The SCOAN in 2009, with her husband. She testified that, on returning home, they were blessed with a daughter who will be turning nine years old later this year. She advised people to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus and He will see them through.

For a good 42 years of her life, Mrs Ernestine Williams was a bedwetter, something she had been battling with since she was seven years old. A Sierra Leonean living in Kenya with her husband, Mrs Ernestine had had to live with this embarrassing situation until last week, when she received her deliverance, in the mighty name of Jesus, at The SCOAN. Regarding the prophecies she received from the woman of God, Mrs Williams confirmed that her late grandmother had been a worshipper of marine spirits and that she was named after her grandmother. She also confirmed that her sister suffered the same problem of bedwetting. Concerned about her daughter’s condition, Mrs Williams’ mother had taken up the matter, visiting spiritualists in Guinea together with her daughter, all to no avail.

Since her healing last week at The SCOAN, Mrs Williams has literally kept a clean sheet, just as her spirit husband has been banished forever. Glorifying God for her healing and thanking her husband for not abandoning her even though he had discovered her condition before marrying her, she advised people not to ignore their partners and to run to God for solutions to their problems. On his part, Mr Williams said, “My wife’s strengths far outweigh her weaknesses; I do not reject her.” He urged people not to judge their partners’ character but to find out God’s reason for bringing them together.

A few months ago, Miss Gloria Tagoe, a 21-year-old Ghanaian living in Qatar with her mother, had suddenly found herself afflicted with the problem of bilateral deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs. The condition left her unable to walk without the aid of crutches and a special pair of socks. Despite seeing medical experts, Miss Tagoe did not get better and had to drop out of university in Ukraine. At a point, she couldn’t breathe and had to be placed on oxygen owing to a blood clot that reached all the way to her lungs and at a point, she was totally bedridden.

Needless to say, she couldn’t bathe herself not to talk of cook

her own meals. Her mother decided to bring her to The SCOAN. After prayers from the woman of God, in the name of Jesus Christ, Miss Tagoe stood up and walked again for the first time in a very long time. As she took her first steps again, her mother exclaimed in excitement, screaming thanks to God in utter joyousness. Testifying in church the following Sunday alongside her mother, Miss Tagoe told of how her healing had started even as she began watching Emmanuel TV right in her country of residence. She walked around on the aisle as she shared her testimony with the world. She advised people to have faith in Jesus Christ, the

Prophet TB Joshua Of SCOAN Is Envangelising The World

tb joshua, scoan, emmanuel tv

Prophet TB Joshua

The man of God in the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, Lagos Nigeria needs no much introduction. He is a leading teacher of people, a prophet that is changing our perception the right way on prayers and evangelism. Every week thousands of people across the globe come to hear him and to be healed or to be delivered. They go back to their different countries and communities telling how good Nigeria is and how desirable it is to visit the Prophet in the SCOAN.

In the world today, over 50% of the world population has not been reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in some places in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. They are pursuing different kinds of religions. China, India, and all Arabs are amongst the major countries where few or none have heard about Christ.

The recent effort of SCOAN and Emmanuel TV to hold crusades in many countries has the potential of reaching the non-evangelised world populations. The problem getting to these groups is made more complex by their respective domestic governments, many of whom placed an embargo on the Word (Bible) circulation. This is where SCOAN’s evangelical approach is very crucial and significant.

Prophet TB Joshua’s continuous teaching on “I believe help my unbelief” is also appropriate at this time. Many are wondering why their ministries are not as effective in so many aspects like healing, miracles, or the others like seen always in SCOAN.

His teaching has helped a number of us on how to pray, and what to pray for. We recall that in seeking the Lord’s help, a man came to Jesus once, fell to his knees weeping, and said, “I believe; help my unbelief” (Mark 9:24). The man’s request, startling in its paradoxical phrasing, is quite thought-provoking. How can a man say he believes and at the same time asks for help in overcoming unbelief? Jesus had just returned from the mount of transfiguration when He came upon a large crowd surrounding His disciples. An argument was taking place, and people were stirred up. Jesus asked what was going on, and a man from the crowd explained that the disciples had been trying to cast a demon out of his son but had failed in their attempt.

Many individuals and congregations have been trying on their own but have no success story big as we have in SCOAN. Remember too that our prayer is that Prophet TB Joshua will still have more anointing to do more exploit for Jesus, despite the mighty work we are already witnessing. Yes, we pray for more anointing on him and every member of his team. Nevertheless, Emmanuel TV and partners must daily work for improvement, especially to circumvent systemic government efforts from blocking the Gospel of Jesus Christ getting to every corner of the globe.

The SCOAN Choir began on a note of brokenness, asking the Lord to fill theirs and the people’s emptiness with His love, joy and peace to a point of overflow. They also asked the Son of David to have mercy on them and the congregants, even as they called for His unceasing favour. Once the Choir finished welcoming the Holy Spirit into “The Arena of Liberty”, worshippers began to witness God’s power ministering to their diverse situations.

In a very frank message titled FAITH OR BELIEF MEANS TRUST, Prophet TB Joshua addressed four key questions about faith. First, he asked, “How do we live out our faith?” For answer, he quoted Hebrews 11:1 and explained that living out our faith means keeping the focus on God no matter our situation or challenges, believing that He is working out the answer. Second, he asked, “What is faith?” He answered by noting that faith is about being able to make heart contact with God, not about outward show that comes from mere sense experience. In other words, faith is believing even without having seen. For the third question, he asked, “How is belief formed and strengthened?” Reiterating the idea that faith or belief means trust in God, he said that faith “is formed and strengthened when we hear the truth of God’s Word,”.

Finally, he asked, “How does faith grow?” Prophet TB Joshua answered by stating that faith grows when a Christian diligently seeks the Lord, studying to show himself or herself approved by God. He said that a Christian should engage with the Bible as the mind of God, rather than as mere literature. More importantly, he said, a Christian should read the Bible and pray with forgiveness in their heart in order to activate the potency in God’s promises. Anchoring the entire message on 2 Corinthians 5:7 – “For we walk by faith, not by sight” – Prophet TB Joshua assured the church, “True Christians, true believers, never run out of faith when life becomes difficult. The same faith that brought them to Jesus, will keep them.”

Last week, 64-year-old Mrs Florence Wami received God’s touch at The SCOAN. For 15 years, the Rivers State indigene had suffered from difficulty in walking due to lumbar spondylosis and arthritis of both knees. Constantly, she felt pains all over her body, especially her waist and knees, which had become deformed. Searching for a solution, she had visited hospitals in both Rivers and Lagos states but all to no avail. Upon discovering Emmanuel TV, she became sensitised to God’s healing power. Two weeks ago, she attended The SCOAN Live Sunday Service. There, she got a chance to pray on the “Mountain of Prayer”, in the mighty name of Jesus. “Since then,” she said, “it has been well with me.” No longer using her lumbar corset and knee braces, Florence glorified God’s name as she testified about her healing. Demonstrating her healing to the church, she advised people to believe in God’s healing power.

“Man of God, help me. I have stiff neck due to cervical spondylosis. My right hand cannot work and I cannot sleep. I sleep seated.” Those were the words of the Zambian Mrs Judith Nabanda, two Sundays ago, as she explained her problems to Prophet T.B. Joshua, who then instructed that she be assisted to climb on The SCOAN Altar for prayers. After a heart contact with God there, Mrs Nabanda took off her neck collar and began to relish her newfound freedom. Testifying in church, the inventory specialist said her problem had begun in August 2019, when she suddenly woke up with a sharp, stabbing pain in her neck. At the hospital, doctors found that her neck nerves were damaged. Three days later, three of her fingers became numb. She took further tests and the doctors found that her discs had moved out of shape, hence the need for surgery. Wary of the surgery, Judith asked the doctors to give her one week. While watching Emmanuel TV, she decided to visit The SCOAN for prayers. At “The Arena of Liberty,” she got a chance to pray on the “Mountain of Prayer,” where she received her perfect healing. She said she felt a cold sensation on her neck, just as something seemed to have gone out from behind her neck. Indeed, it was instantaneous surgery for Judith. Now, she sleeps peacefully, feels no pain and can write and hold things with her fingers – things she could not do before. Urging people not to disparage the healings taking place at The SCOAN, Judith advised people to look up to Jesus for help.

Bewilderment! Astonishment! Excitement! Those and several similar emotions rang out in Mr Yaw Alexander’s spontaneous outbursts two Sundays ago as he bounced on his backside on The SCOAN Altar. Beside himself with joy for several minutes, the Ghanaian university lecturer and former government official, remained excited and voluble.

“Ha, ha, ha! I am supposed to have anal surgery!” he screamed.

And as the cameras zoomed into his face, he told the audience while still bouncing on his bottom, “Look at me! Look at me! Look at me! Ha, ha, ha!”

Still struggling to contain his excitement, Yaw declaimed to the audience as he kept bouncing on his buttocks: “This is unbelievable! I can’t believe it, because I couldn’t sit like this!”

For the last three years, Yaw had been afflicted with anal blockage, causing him to feel excruciating pains any time he managed to defecate. To expel solid waste, he would have to have hot water injected into him and he would need at least four hours to recover from the trauma, after passing out blood with his excreta.

It was in that condition that Yaw had attended The SCOAN Live Sunday Service a fortnight ago and got the chance to pray on the “Mountain of Prayer”. He said that as he started praying there, “something just melted within my anus – everything just vanished!” Then, in reference to himself, Yaw laugh-cried in ecstasy, “Can this person be going for surgery? Look at the surgery man!”

On Sunday, Yaw returned to church with his family comprising his wife, a daughter and two sons. His testimony was even more dramatic than it had been on the day of his healing, as he gestured melodramatically and spiced up his testimony with Pidgin English expressions. He told of how his condition had hampered his duties as a lecturer, of how he had declined the suggestion of an operation by four prominent Ghanaian surgeons and of how he had prayed with an empty bottle of the New Morning Water.

Yaw also told the church of a dream in which the Spirit of God, through the image of Prophet T.B. Joshua, rescued him from the grips of evil marine forces. When he woke up, he told his wife, “I am no more going for surgery.” Then he asked his family to prepare for The SCOAN.

And the rest is now history!

Yaw ended his testimony by advising people to stop the campaign of calumny against God’s servant Prophet T.B. Joshua. His wife advised people to accept that the power of God is upon The SCOAN.

For one and a half years, 22-year-old Mr Bamidele Adesina had a stiff neck due to cervical spondylosis, which also caused his eyes to ache. Unable to get relief from his neck collar, the young man sought a divine solution at The SCOAN two Sundays ago. After rolling upon the altar while making a heart contact with God, Bamidele unhooked his neck collar and jumped into the air a few times, turning his neck left and right to confirm his healing. In his testimony on Sunday, he said he had suddenly felt a cold sensation run through him while he called upon the Son of David on the “Mountain of Prayer”. “Now I can sleep well and no longer feel pains,” he told the church. He advised people to believe in God’s ability to answer prayers. Bamidele’s younger brother, Alfred added that family members now sleep all night without any worry about Bamidele. Alfred said, “I now believe there is a God in Heaven.”

Five years ago, Mrs Vida Konlan, then aged 33, had come to The SCOAN with the problem of difficulty in walking due to a spinal cord injury. Relying on a lumbar corset and knee bandage, the seamstress could neither do her job nor care for her three children, as she had chronic headaches and back pain. Unable to afford further medical costs, the family had decided that Vida should visit The SCOAN for prayers. After prayers in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Prophet T.B. Joshua gestured to Vida to get up and walk. And she did, to the glory of the Lord! Last Sunday, Vida was in church to testify about the permanence of her healing since then, even as she disclosed that she now has a fourth child. Earlier, on September 27, 2019, she had attended The Special Living Water Service, together with her son, who had the problem of bed-wetting. Her son also testified of his deliverance from the spirit of bed-wetting after beseeching God on the “Mountain of Prayer”. Vida and her son advised people to believe that God can solve all their problems.

Following The Special Living Water Service of September 27, 2019, as well as other “Mountain of Prayer” sessions that have been held at The SCOAN in the past few weeks, we wish to encourage you to send in your own testimonies as well. May your faith be lifted to another level in Jesus’ name.

Another Woman Sees Jesus Inside T.B Joshua’s Church

I can see Jesus

Another Nigerian lady has sensationally claimed “seing Jesus Christ” during a service at Prophet T.B. Joshua’s the Synagogue church in Ikotun-Egbe, Lagos, Nigeria. The woman says Jesus is the most handsome Man she has ever seen.

In a clip published by Emmanuel TV’s YouTube channel, Chelsea Oghene Tega from Delta State is seen amidst congregants collecting ‘living water’ when she suddenly points her finger towards the ‘church altar’ and starts wildly gesticulating and shouting.

“I saw a man in a white robe with smoke. There was smoke everywhere from His feet,” she vividly described when pressed with questions. “The glory was too much; I could not even look.”

Testifying in a subsequent service, Tega explains with greater clarity about the ‘open vision’ she saw.

She admitted she was skeptical of Christianity and specifically critical of TB Joshua’s ministry and television network Emmanuel TV.

“I was fed up with churches. I felt all they would do is ask you to bring offerings and tithes – so I got upset with them,” Chelsea explained, adding she watched Emmanuel TV intermittently but never ‘believed’ in the miracles she saw.

According to Tega, she was heading to a market in Lagos when she saw the huge crowd of people amassing outside The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) for the Friday ‘Living Water Service’.

“My cousin had really pressed me that I must come to The SCOAN – since I was in Lagos – to get ‘the water’ for my elder brother who was sick,” she explained.

Her interest sufficiently piqued by the crowd – coupled with the request of her cousin – Chelsea resolved to join the mammoth queue to enter the service.

“I just wanted to enter and see this Synagogue I had been watching on TV,” she surmised, adding she still harboured doubts at that moment.

Eventually entering the service, the young lady described her subsequent encounter as “beyond human comprehension”.

“As soon as I got the water, I felt a force hold my leg. I couldn’t move. It then became cloudy as if it wanted to rain. I saw some angelic beings coming like diamonds – glittering, sparkling. I then saw a Man coming out with smoke. He was just rising, growing big. Then, the people I first saw come out were all bowing down, worshiping Him,” she graphically recounted.

According to Chelsea, the ‘Man’ said, “Do you now believe? I am the Living Water; anyone who comes to Me will never thirst again.”

She described His appearance as “the most handsome Man I ever saw”, adding He was adorned with a crown and “glittering regalia”. “It was too bright. I wasn’t seeing them on the ground,” she added.

Concluding, Chelsea admitted her perception of The SCOAN had radically shifted in the light of her ‘encounter’.

“God is here! God is in this place because what I saw was not just angels; Jesus came Himself. He was here. He showed Himself to me so I would trust and believe in Him,” she asserted.

“Everything I had been watching on Emmanuel TV – it’s true, it’s real. I doubted but God had to reveal Himself to me,” she concluded.

TB JOSHUA : A Permanent Fixture In The Lord’s Vineyard

Prophet T.B. Joshua

Since the early 90s when Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua popularly called T.B Joshua’ s fame was on the ascendancy, he had always been trailed by one controversy or the other, but like a Phoenix that regenerates from ashes, he had always come out of those controversies, stronger. Not really for one day did his popularity waned. I recall that in those early days, one of the major issues that confronted the Prophet in the Synagogue was his source of power. The speculation then was he had some extraneous powers that had aided him in all the miracles that the church was known.

Indeed, some even whispered to those who cared to listen that T.B Joshua could never be heard calling the name, Jesus, thus confirming the fact that he had other powers behind him rather than that of the Almighty creator of the heavens and the Earth. To feed these speculations, it was said he had a place in the marshland of Egbe where even angels fear to trod. The marshland, incidentally, was where the ministry took off, a story of a humble beginning. That lie fizzled out because it had nothing to feed on. It died like others before it.

The story also came up that T. B Joshua got his powers from India and some ancient Asian countries. That also fell flat as one wondered why those who gave him the power could not wrought those miracles in their country or the source from where the power came from. The story went on and on because his was a phenomenon that defied human explanation.

I recall that as a cub journalist, my first contact with him and the Synagogue was borne out of fear which later turned out unfounded. At one of our Editorial meetings, a colleague who lived around the same axis as the church’s location had arrived the office breathless that Monday afternoon. He had a story to tell. On the way to work, he had sighted a horde of policemen around the church and was not sure what they were up to. The Editor had queried why he did not stop to find out and do a report. His response was indicative of the unfounded rumour that surrounded the Synagogue at the time. He told all of us in the Editor’s office that he could not do the report because of the unpalatable stories he had heard; that anyone that did a report on T.B Joshua would develop mental illness and probably end up a patient of “Yaba on the left’ or a tenant of a similar enclave in Aro, Abeokuta. Of course he could not substantiate what he said, he was only adamant on one point – no amount of persuasion would take him to the church to do the report.

Whether due to foolhardiness, ignorance or courage, yours truly decided to take up the challenge. After several visits to the church a very comprehensive report about the church and the man in the church was done. After the publication, I have never had cause to visit a psychiatric hospital.

But the Society was not done with T.B Joshua. The ‘war’ came from the Christian fold, most of the men of God forgot the teaching of the Bible, they judged, forgetting judgement is the Almighty’s. They more or less ostracised T.B Joshua. But he seemed to thrive on such adversities. The church that the ‘blind’ seers predicted would soon fold or would not last is still waxing stronger almost three decades after their carnally -inspired predictions.

Today, if you are talking religious tourism, the name that readily comes to mind is T.B Joshua’s and the Synagogue Church of All Nations in Ikotun-Egbe, Nigeria. The church can be described as the biggest religious tourism destination in the whole of the African continent today. The Nigeria Immigration Services (NIS) said six out of every 10 foreign travellers coming into Nigeria are Synagogue bound. The popularity of the church has led to more flights coming into Lagos from within and outside the country. Domestic visitors to the church come from far-flung places knowing they were bound for the solution to whatever problems they came to present. In and around the church location, businesses have also sprung up, thus empowering more local businesses and their owners. There are hotels around for those who are not Lagos residents. Restaurants and stores are equally making brisk businesses.

His teaching and preaching is not only feed for the soul, the physical is equally fed. Philanthropic gestures in places like Haiti after a devastating earthquake, Indonesian poor and the downtrodden, Mexico and Colombia are among the countries that have felt his touch of philanthropy. Nations have honoured him. In Israel, he is a spectacle who is accorded, symbolically, the donkey ride into Jerusalem. The red carpet is ever laid for him during any of his visits. He had even been urged to establish a religious presence in that country with land already available for that purpose. During his visit to Dominican Republic in 2017, he was accorded the royalty treatment. He was met at the Las Americas airport by the leadership of that country. It was a carnival like atmosphere. By the time he ended his crusade about three days later, Dominica stood still. And to appreciate him, he was honoured with the highest award in that country by the parliament.

Consequently, the accolades in the last 30 years, from a humble beginning to the present growth, spreading the gospel and providing succour in all corners of the World, have made something poignantly clear, T.B Joshua is a permanent fixture in the Lord’s vineyard. He can never be wished away.

The greatest trick the devil is pulling lately is to convince the world that Jesus Christ in the person of the Holy Ghost does not exist that is, He is not alive. The devil doesn’t want us to know that there is an incredible power of God in action and the awesome benefits of God which people are experiencing in the Synagogue Church of All Nation’s Mountain of prayer. Another thing very high on the list of things the devil doesn’t want you to know is that; he will try to make you doubt such things which are Biblically authentic.

But today, Prophet TB Joshua through the power of God has continually proven beyond any reasonable doubt that Jesus is alive, and He is the Son of the Living God. The good thing about this is that God himself has decided to open the eyes of the few visitors during the mountain of prayer service, for them to see the Heavenly Being operating in the mountain of prayer.

Satan and his demons have been trying, by all means, to deceive people in believing that Prophet TB Joshua is an evil man and as such they lack the capacity to ponder the truth of God’s word, which says that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever and for those who trust in Christ, the strategy of the enemy is to confuse, frustrate, discourage and even steal the truth of God that has been already deposited in their lives, and ultimately attempt to mar the image of the SCOAN as well as that of Prophet TB Joshua. In this regard, the enemy construct a spiritual stronghold in the hearts of both believers and unbelievers

Often time, it starts with bad experience, offence or an evil attack or hurt by the enemy himself which lead to their heart becoming a fertile ground for the planting of seeds of lies and on this foundation, the enemy begins to build slowly but surely, a wall of deception, lies, wrong ideas about SCOAN and Prophet TB Joshua. The enemy goes on and feeds them with erroneous and distorted information about the Church activities like deliverance and healing. Unfortunately, immature Christians usually buy into these lies and agree with the enemy, thereby gaining control of their hearts in such a way that they end up defending lies and not the kingdom of God. Their perception is distorted in a way that they are unable to differentiate between lies and truth.

2 Corinthians 4:4 says, “The god of this age [a reference to Satan and his demons] has blinded the minds of unbelievers so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.” Satan strategy in the lives of those who haven’t trusted in Christ, is to make sure that they remain in the dark so that they can say what is happening in the mountain of prayer is fake and as such, they will never go there and experience the presence of God.

Be that as it may, it is a fact, which, unfortunately, cannot be denied; that some of God’s people are his worst enemies. By their coarse and wretched lives, they drive away many from the truth even before they have the opportunity to see the miracles of God. But thanks to Emanuel TV, YouTube and other platforms; unbelievers are starting to see the truth. That is why on 27th September 2019 history has been made when we saw more than hundred thousand of Nigerians from different churches in Nigeria as well as other Christians from around the world flocking to SCOAN for a free mountain of prayer service. As usual, this has disturbed TB Joshua’s critics and persecutors. We feel sorry for them, May God forgive them

Interestingly, there are some people today who are still refusing to go for healing and deliverance at the SCOAN, simply because their thoughts have been distorted. They call themselves Christians but on the other hand, they suffer from spiritual poverty and as such deny themselves God’s blessings which are freely available in SCOAN’ mountain of prayer.

They behave like a man who was trapped in the fire but refusing any assistance sent to him, saying that he is waiting for God to come and rescue Him until the whole house is engulfed by fire. He burnt to death and when he reached heaven, he asked God, “Lord, why did you not save me? I believed you with all my heart. God responded, “I sent you all the necessary help and you refused them all. What else could I possibly have done for you?” Like it or not, Prophet TB Joshua is a true servant of God sent to us and to deny the power of the Holy Spirit operating in the mountain of prayer is to deny Christ. What I am trying to say is that; God has outwardly done His part by blessing us with the prophet of our days but yet we refused to partake from the promises of God, which God has laid before us in the presence of our enemies. The question is; why do people decide to settle for darkness, destruction while the healing, deliverance and blessing of God are on the table for free?

Brothers and sisters, I want you to know that Almighty God has blessed Prophet TB Joshua with an elevated platform so that he can be a help for those unspoken for and the oppressed. He has been divinely empowered for the advancements of the kingdom of God because our God is a God of nations and will often raise individuals to intercede on behalf of the greater masses, who are in bondage. Prophet TB Joshua has been blessed so that He can become a blessing to others. He has been granted a platform with a greater blessing so that he can be in a position to speak for those whose voices cannot be heard, the oppressed, and the captives and no one can change that

In (Genesis 12:3) it is written that “I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse, and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” Those who believe in the God of Prophet TB Joshua will be the ultimate beneficiary of God’s blessings. In other words, it’s not about Prophet TB Joshua and his family, but it is about the neighbours that Jesus said we must love, the needy, orphans, the poor and everyone else. That is why Prophet TB Joshua does not take credit on the works of God; he is not even present in the mountain of prayer. He is also going to the mountain of prayer for his blessings. Do yourself a favour and honour the invitation of God, don’t reject God’s grace. Those who reject the grace of God have been warned In Numbers 14:11, when the Lord asks Moses, “How long will these people spurn Me? And how long will they not believe in Me, despite all the signs which I have performed in their midst?”

The chapter shows that people who repeatedly reject God’s grace may cross the line of no return. God is gracious and patient, but at some point, His judgment will fall on those who persist in unbelief. A person may repeatedly turn his heart away from the good news of Jesus Christ until he reaches a point where he is hardened beyond remedy. Proverbs 29:1 warns, “A man who hardens his neck after much reproof Will suddenly be broken beyond remedy. “Healing, deliverance and blessing are available in SCOAN, and only those who don’t harden their hearts will benefit

God’s promise of salvation for everyone is for Him to be glorified among the nations. The problem with the people of the world, like the Israelites, is that that they do not believe in the Lord and His promise to give them the land of Canaan (Num. 13:2; 14:11). They do not see that, God ‘want to deliver them from the bondage of satan for the salvation of their souls.

Let me remind you that there are temporal and eternal consequences for those who reject God’s salvation. In Heb. 3:12: it is written that “Take care, brethren, that there not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God.” Apostle Paul telling us that like everyone else you may be going through some difficult trials and tribulations, but this should not be your reason for not believing in God’s miracle, because this would indicate that you have an evil, unbelieving heart and to turn from Christ back to the world would be to fall away from the living God! If you do that, you will not enjoy the many blessings of knowing Christ in this life.

But today, some people called themselves Christian and yet don’t believe in the miracles He performs. Outwardly, they profess to be obeying God but inwardly rejecting him, contradicting indeed. They stand in their high places and criticise Prophet TB Joshua and yet the Prophet is not the one touching people in the mountain of prayer. They allow themselves to be misled and attempt to save themselves by trusting in themselves and their leaders and this is the main reason they will miss God’s offer of free grace through Jesus Christ.

The Bible is clear that God will bless those who trust His promises and follow Him fully. Jesus is talking to the world, he is using Prophet TB Joshua to show us that He is a living God, a miracle-working God and those who believe in Him will be saved. According to Apostle John, Thomas was not present on Easter Sunday evening when Jesus appeared to the other disciples and devoted followers (John 20:24). And regardless of what they said, Thomas refused to believe that Jesus had risen till he saw Jesus with his own eyes (John 20:25) — a declaration that earned him for posterity the unflattering title “Doubting Thomas.” Thomas’s doubts may have been humanly understandable, but they were not commendable. They were sinful, as is all unbelief (Romans 14:23). Finally, a full week after Easter, Jesus appeared when Thomas was present and said, “Put your finger here and see my hands, and put out your hand, and place it in my side. Do not disbelieve, but believe.” (John 20:27). Thomas’s repented and said, “My Lord and my God!” (John 20:28). Then in John 20:29) Jesus said: “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed” (John 20:29).

Children of God, here Jesus’ is telling us that others had not yet seen Him, but still believed in his resurrection and as such their believing was more blessed. This means that those who rely on their eyes of faith more than the physical eyes will receive the promised blessing of God. Glorious, inexpressible joy comes not by seeing Jesus now, but by believing in him now. You don’t have to see Jesus in person in the mountain of prayer for you to believe, just believe in his presence in the mountain of prayer and you will experience his touch. Even if you are watching on Emmanuel tv, connect with faith and He will touch you

Like the woman who testified on Sunday, 29th Sept 2019, she has confessed that she never believes in what is happening at SCOAN. According to her, everything is arranged and as such fake. But because we serve a God of grace, the Holy Spirit arrested her and led her to the mountain of prayer where she experiences the unexplainable, indescribable encounter with Jesus himself. He always did for the others, Jesus forgave her unbelieve and graciously restored her. Jesus used her unbelief, to reveal to her who is behind the miracles in the mountain of prayer. Jesus made her a gracious example for all of us who suffer from spiritual poverty and use the physical eyes to see instead of eyes of faith. So If you find that you are spiritually blind, I mean; your seeing of Jesus is impaired, Thomas is teaching you not to declare, “Unless I see I will never believe,” but rather say, “I believe; help my unbelief” (Mark 9:24).

My friends, without an accurate knowledge of who Christ is, you just are not going to be drawn to him. The study of “Christian evidence” is one of the crying needs of our time. There is a lot of evidence of Jesus’, healing and deliverance in SCOAN. Those who turn from the truth of God, or reject the Holy Spirit as a source of power and love in their lives, have denied Christ. All Christians must study their Bibles to learn what Christ taught and then to put it to practice in their lives. So please, if you do not know the spirit powering a person, do not open your mouth to rebel because you might be rebelling against God who you falsely claim to be worshipping. Reject the lies that the enemy has planted in your heart and trust in God

Lastly, I want to encourage you, beloved brothers and sisters in Jesus name to visit the SCOAN and freely experience the presence of God in the mountain of prayer. I repeat, IT IS FOR FREE, NO REGISTRATION FEE, you just need a free heart, a hear free of unforgiveness, pain of the past, without grudges, that is a repentant heart and I am sure that God’s mercy will shine through to give hope to all of you; who will respond in faith. I am a witness and I know who is operating in that mountain, Jesus Christ of Nazareth and his Cherubim’s and Seraphim’s. Remain blessed

At just 10 years old, Miss Esther Fadahunsi was rendered virtually useless without a pair of crutches. For two long years, she suffered with bilateral Blount’s disease, a growth disorder of the shin bone that causes the lower legs to angle inwards. Because of this problem, she could not walk on her own. She could not do things around the house, play with her age-mates and she even missed a whole year of school.

Her mother took her to different doctors in the United Kingdom, in desperate search for a solution. The doctors in London said that that they had to perform a series of operations in order to correct the problem. Miss Ester helplessly went through eight different critical surgeries. After the eighth surgery her leg bone broke. Esther and her mother came back to Nigeria in August. It had seemed that all hope was lost, but one day, Miss Esther was watching Emmanuel TV and her faith was lifted after seeing someone with a similar case like hers receive healing.

They decided to visit The SCOAN. When they came to The SCOAN Sunday Service, man of God Prophet T.B. Joshua instructed her to climb on the Mountain of Prayer and pray there. Esther was carried there and as she began to pray, her legs started shaking. Suddenly, she could feel her knees start to straighten and immediately was able to stand up and walk on her own without any crutches, to the glory to God! She and her mother advised all to have faith in God and to believe that all things are possible.

For all of six years, sixty-two-year-old Mrs Stephanie Nosore had difficulty in walking due to lumbar spondylosis. To help ease her pain, doctors had given the Ghanaian pensioner a lumbar corset. They told her that her bone had shifted and that there was a compression around her hip, where she felt the most pain. Despite all treatments, including acupuncture, the pain continued. “Sometimes the pain would be so much that I would lose consciousness,” she said today as she testified of her healing during the Special Living Water Service on Friday. As she spoke to God on the Mountain of Prayer on Friday, Mrs Nosore said, “I heard a voice say, ‘Get up’.” As she ended her testimony, she told people to realise God’s power is on the Mountain of Prayer, describing it as “an invisible theatre or hospital.” She advised people to stay connected to Christ, believing in God and keeping a clean heart.

The Living Water Service – Teaching and Living the Truth in Christ Jesus

The Living Water Service held on September 27th, 2019 at the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN was a huge success by every standard. Our forecast before the service was around 100,000 participants but in the end, we had underestimated this number by a huge margin. This is what SCOAN and TB Joshua are known for; generosity and unlimited love for humanity. Everyone was free to come, and many did. The organization was excellent. People were in orderliness, uniformity, patience and consistency. The participants came from different places, mostly Africans, but with diverse challenges. Jesus proved His presence and dominion over all our challenges. This service to the society is what we call “Preaching the Truth and Living out the Truth”.

Apostle Paul had encouraged Timothy thus, “As for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which can make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work, (2 Timothy 3: 14-17)”. This scripture seems to be exactly describing Prophet TB Joshua, the senior prophet in the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, Lagos, Nigeria. Our collective task is that we have to daily grow in the Faith Jesus generously bestows on us with His holy word and spirit; picking our example from SCOAN team.

What have we learnt from Jesus Christ and what are we teaching to live by? Probably many of us are familiar with John 14, where Jesus tells His disciples that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. But what did that saying mean for them, and what does it mean for us? Isn’t that what we are seeing in SCOAN? How do we let other Christians know that our strength is our living by the teaching of Jesus and not only by knowing His teaching and preaching it?

These SCOAN teams, it seems to us, are the people that do know their God, working strong, and doing exploits. They understand Jesus and are instructing many, (Daniel 11:32-33). This ministry, for example, is also like the time Jesus and His mother were both invited to a wedding, on their rights. When the wine runs out the Church is to provide. The hungry crowds are to be fed not sent home, the sick to be healed, the captives set free. At 27 September 2019, the power of God manifested itself once again.

With this overwhelming crowd observed today our prayer is that God will continually empower SCOAN and Emmanuel partners to be able to run this programme periodically. It would also be appreciated if a special programme could be organised to target specifically Church pastors, Deacons, and their families, say once a year. Today, the Living Water service had the effect of a national crusade. Therefore, on behalf of all those who participated, or had been blessed either from the distance or within SCOAN premise, we express our profound gratitude to Senior prophet TB Joshua, SCOAN team and Emmanuel partners. Kindly continue in the good work you have learned and firmly believed in.

Let It Go So You Can Grow

On Sunday, The SCOAN Choir gave an especially inspired, energetic praise and worship session that saw many falling under the anointing available at ‘The Arena of Liberty.’ From song to song, including the iconic “Rain Your Power Over Me” and “Holy Spirit Take More of Me”, the choir struck the right chords with the Heavenly Host and set congregants in tune with the heavenly frequency.

Prophet T.B. Joshua exhorted the church on the need to make heart contact with God when making requests of Him. He once again stressed the importance of offering “life-saving and life-changing prayer” that is addressed to the Son of David, Jesus Christ. He taught the congregants to pray sincerely thus: “Son of David, have mercy on me. Let Your mercy speak for me. Let Your favour speak for me.” However, he also insisted that breakthrough can only come when a person has “a heart that is full of love, forgiveness, pardon, faithfulness, obedience and humility,” which he prayed God to give the congregants. In a ministration spiced up with faith-building and conscience-stirring songs, Prophet T.B. Joshua said it was necessary to testify to God’s goodness always and to shed off all weight from pain of the past before climbing on the Mountain of Prayer. “Something will leave your business today. Poverty will leave your home today. Hardship will leave your finances. Stagnation will leave your career. Prepare yourself before you get there,” he counselled the congregants after praying with Emmanuel TV viewers.

Speaking in the same vein, Prophetess Yinka gave a message titled LET IT GO SO YOU CAN GROW. Citing Ephesians 6:11, Luke 11:4, Luke 15:11-32, Judges 15, Romans 12:17-21, and Ephesians 4:2-4,31-32, she identified some of the Christian attributes that help us to receive from God, as well as those that hinder His blessings in our lives. She noted that a Christian needs both defensive and offensive tools as part of their armour. She further said that forgiveness, love, peace, kindness, gentleness, long-suffering, forbearance and endurance are among the positive qualities required of a Christian. The opposite of these, she added, would hinder God’s blessings. A highpoint of her sermon was the advice: “If you find it difficult to forgive someone who hurt you, try responding with kind actions – love and care for him or her. Soon you will realise that right actions lead to right feelings.”

Two Sundays ago, during the Mass Prayer session, a prophecy Iocated Mr Jade Baatjes, an Indian. It was a case of bed-wetting. “I think your case needs urgent attention,” Prophet T.B. Joshua told the young man as he gave him an anointed handshake that sent the latter sprawling on the floor. “You are free; you will never experience it again!” the prophet declared, in Jesus’ name. Last Sunday, Jade returned to church to glorify God for his deliverance. The 26-year-old told the church he had also had the affliction of a spiritual wife and that it had all started about seven years ago. Jade told of his addiction to pornography as well as of his isolation from family and friends due to the shame of bed-wetting.

“Once or twice a week, this spiritual wife would come to sleep with me,” Jade confessed, adding that the spirit of lust had consumed him so much that he could see women naked even when they were clothed. “I was extremely depressed and suicidal,” Jade opened up, even as he disclosed that he had been about to kill himself when he got a call from a concerned aunt of his. Jade said he had come to The SCOAN after having been to several other places in search of deliverance. “The bed-wetting has completely stopped and I don’t see the spiritual wife anymore,” he said. He advised people to see Jesus Christ as the permanent solution and to commit to receiving from Him.

For over 20 years, Mrs Akpos Oloye suffered the reproach of barrenness. However, she wasn’t Mrs Oloye for all that time. A previous marriage had been childless for so long that her then husband had had to part ways with her due to family pressure. And when Mr Kebbi Oloye had asked her to marry him, Akpos had told him about her problem but the young man had persisted. He said a voice had told him she was his wife. As such, despite severe opposition from family and friends, Mr Oloye had gone ahead with the marriage. At some point in the search for a child, the couple visited The SCOAN for prayers. There, a prophecy located them and Prophet T.B. Joshua placed an anointed hand upon them. Several months later, the couple returned to The SCOAN: Mrs Oloye was now heavily pregnant. During her testimony then, she said Prophet T.B. Joshua had appeared to her in a dream, telling her God said he should give her two children. She immediately went to buy clothes for the expected babies.

Every morning, the couple would address the baby things as their children. On Sunday, several months after that testimony, Mrs Oloye returned again to The SCOAN with not only her husband but also some of her friends and other family members. Why? Because the twin babies have now arrived, to the glory of God! In a tearful testimony in which she recalled her days of heavy reproach from neighbours and family, Mrs Oloye spoke of her plan to commit suicide as well as of her husband’s steadfastness and sacrifices despite taunting from colleagues at work, even as she thanked God for using His servant T.B. Joshua to minister deliverance to her.

Disclosing her babies’ names as Tamarapriye (‘God’s Gift’) and Perere (‘Wealthy Woman’), Mrs Oloye described herself as the ‘Hannah of our time’ and advised spouses to be patient with each other during times of challenges. She also advised all people to wait on God’s promises. On his part, Mr Oloye advised people to believe in God’s power.

For eight years, Cameroonian firefighter Mr Taku George was rendered virtually helpless by a stiff neck owing to cervical spondylosis. Doctors gave him powerful prescription painkillers and a neck collar but these did little to ease his pain.

His disoriented state of mind often made him forgetful and he would accuse his wife of taking money that he himself had misplaced. Booked for an operation in South Africa, he decided to seek God’s help, having been told that the operation held the risk of paralysing him. Two Sundays ago, he received prayers at The SCOAN, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Testifying of his healing on Sunday, he said he had been unable to run or do his exercises as a firefighter. According to Taku, he became light right after the prayers and he can now turn his neck in all directions, with absolutely no pain. “I’m not feeling any pain; I’m a happy man,” he told the church. He advised people to believe in God’s healing power.

“There is a woman there – you are bleeding,” Prophet T.B. Joshua had prophesied two Sundays ago during the Mass Prayer session. As those words rang out, a woman named Chioma Enyinnaya came out to confirm it, saying she had had the condition for twelve years. Speaking in French during her testimony last Sunday, the Gabon resident said the condition would make her weak and her stomach would swell; it also affected her relations with her husband. She used orthodox and herbal medicines but the problem remained. After the prophecy, she said the blood dried up immediately, to the glory of God. She advised people to have faith in God.

Two Sundays ago, Mr Charles Kenechukwu had been at The SCOAN Sunday Service when a prophecy located him during the Mass Prayer session. The Holy Ghost had revealed, through Prophet TB Joshua, that the businessman had received stolen goods and now faced the possibility of arrest and prosecution. Realising the gravity of the case hanging over his head, Charles had promptly come out to confirm the prophecy, explaining that he had been unaware that the car batteries he had received were in fact stolen goods. True to the prophecy, when he returned to his base in Owerri, Imo State, Mr Kenechukwu learned that an arrested robber had mentioned his name in respect of the goods. However, following the divine mercy he had received after the prophecy, Mr Kenechukwu did not have charges pressed against him, as the owner of the goods opted to discontinue the court case. He advised business people to “carry God along” in all their dealings.

Mr Abraham Oghenekewe, an Abuja-based contractor, wanted to have a comfortable life – with loads of money streaming in from his contracts. He told a friend about it. “I know a witch doctor in Delta State,” the friend answered. Abraham followed him there; after all, he himself was from Delta State. The herbalist gave him a charm meant not only to bring contracts but also to ‘protect’ him. But there were strict rules to be followed: He was not to let his wife see the charm, he was not to touch it after sleeping with his wife, he was to return to the herbalist immediately if he lost the charm, he was not to let the charm be drenched in the rain. He took the charm home, hoping to start prospering within three months. But no! In fact, all contracts ceased and sickness invited itself to the Abrahams’ home. His daughter took ill, his wife’s legs began to swell and Abraham himself lay on the sickbed. He called the witch doctor. “It’s a small thing. Come over to the village,” the herbalist instructed the ailing man. Ignoring the state of Abraham’s pocket, the native doctor demanded a live goat and the sum of forty thousand naira, besides other items.

Desperate to get out of the situation, Abraham managed to raise the funds and the witch doctor performed the rites. But the situation worsened and his wife’s legs swelled even more. Then he stumbled on Emmanuel TV at a friend’s home and planned to visit The SCOAN. He eventually made it to the church after mysteriously losing his transport fare several times. Somehow, Abraham had managed to get into church with the charm. However, as the service progressed, a prophecy located him during Prophet T.B. Joshua’s ministration exposing that the charm which he had brought to the church service was in his pocket. “Since then, I’ve felt like a newborn baby,” Abraham testified on Sunday. “I feel free, extra free,” he added. With his equally healed wife standing beside him, Oghenekevwe also confirmed that his daughter has now recovered from her illness. “My brothers and sisters, please follow God,” he urged the church and viewers.

When he turned 14 years old, in junior secondary school, Desmond got initiated into a cult. As he grew older, he acquired more and more powers as he literally shot his way through the ranks, eventually becoming the next-in-rank to the head of his cult. When shot at, bullets would bounce off his charmed body. And when danger was lurking, he would get a sign in his chest and be immediately teleported elsewhere. Of course, he sometimes landed in uncomfortable places, such as trees and rivers, but he always managed to escape danger.

Regretful of his past life of violence, Desmond came to church two Mondays ago and participated in the Living Water Service. He was there to ask for mercy from the Son of David, Jesus Christ. After he communed with God on the Mountain of Prayer and took the Living Water, he began to vomit. In the end, three cowries got out of his system; they had been the source of his fortification in the violent world of cultists. During his testimony on Sunday, Desmond told of how he perpetrated violence on campuses and at political gatherings. Booze, women and riotous living, he said, were the things on which he frittered away all the money he realised from doing violence on behalf of politicians. Now a new creature in Christ Jesus, he advised the youth to desist from joining cults.
